Inspection and replacement of sandblasting machine

The sandblasting machine should undergo inspection and preventive maintenance at least once every three months. Since it is heavy-duty machinery, routine checks and proactive replacement of wear parts are strongly recommended to avoid major damage, such as structural or body perforation.

Checking whether the impeller blade angle is correctly set is a critical factor in achieving proper surface cleanliness of the workpiece.

Spare parts should be changed every 3–4 months, depending on usage and abrasive material.

Before replacing the parts, it was observed that the flow of steel shot was relatively low.

After observing the flow from Impeller No. 1 and 2, the level has increased as the adjustment has been completed.
